HOW DOES IT BENEFIT OUR CUSTOMERS?
As a Schaerer Service Partner, Caffeine Limited has exclusive access to official Schaerer parts from the factory in Switzerland. This means that as a customer, you can be assured that all of our parts are genuine. Equally, as a Schaerer Service Partner, our engineers receive regular training and support from Schaerer HQ meaning that our engineers are fully equipped to install, maintain and repair our customer’s Schaerer machines as effectively and efficiently, ensuring the best possible service. Becoming a certified partner recognises the hard work that we at Caffeine Limited have put in to offering the best service possible to our customers and reflects our close link with Schaerer.
