What is E Milk?
E-Milk is a smart milk system from Nuova Simonelli that makes frothing milk or plant-based drinks quick and easy. It automatically heats and textures milk based on pre-set recipes, with space to save up to 9 options like cappuccino, flat white, or latte.
Sensors start frothing when the wand is in the milk and trigger cleaning when it’s back in the rest position. Recipes can be selected from the steam knob display, so baristas don’t need to use the main screen—making work faster and keeping the machine clean.
