After weeks of training, development, and determination, we’re thrilled to announce the winner of this year’s Springboard Top Dog Final – Parsa!
This marks a major milestone in what has been a full year of hands-on training, mentoring, and healthy competition. Throughout the Springboard Programme, we’ve had the pleasure of working with a range of promising individuals, each bringing their own energy and potential. Over the past few months alone, we hosted five barista training sessions, welcoming fresh candidates each time. These focused on everything from espresso extraction and milk texturing to workflow and customer service, all vital skills for thriving behind the coffee machines.



Among them, Parsa stood out. From the start, he demonstrated unwavering dedication, a fantastic attitude, and a clear passion for the craft. He approached each session with curiosity and drive, continually building both skill and confidence.
His performance in the final round of the competition was nothing short of impressive! Blending precision, passion, and a real flair for hospitality. Parsa showed exactly what’s possible when hard work meets the right support.
Now crowned our 2025 Springboard Top Dog, Parsa takes home a trophy, a gift voucher, a Top Dog t-shirt, a visit to our coffee roastery and perhaps most excitingly the honour of having his name featured on our Top Dog coffee bean bags for the next year.


This is just the beginning of what promises to be a bright future in the hospitality industry for Parsa, and we couldn’t be prouder to support him on this journey.
