Barista Training
Professional barista training is an essential part of serving a consistently great coffee and maintaining your equipment in good order.
Building confidence with menu options, brewing parameters and grinder settings can make all the difference to the quality of the serve and the likelihood of your customers returning. As for latte art, there’s a whole world of opportunity to explore. Even the basics are critical.

Caffeine offers a Springboard for Success
Top Dog & Springboard Employability Programme.
We are very proud supporters of the Springboard charity, which helps people develop skills and find employment within the hospitality and tourism sector. As well as our financial contribution through sales of our own Top Dog coffee blend, we are supporting the charity’s beneficiaries through a barista training program.
We’ll be running quarterly training events with Springboard throughout the year, after which the winners from each session will enter our final. The ultimate champion will be crowned Caffeine’s Top Dog and will be offered a job with one of our partners, a guest blend named after them, and a bundle of coffee goodies to take home.
