Commercial Machines
Delivery & installation of commercial espresso machines is made during weekdays only and between the hours of 7.00 am and 4.00 pm. Our standard delivery is 7 – 10 days from order but please ask if you require a quicker delivery date. We will always arrange a suitable time & date for each installation with our clients prior to delivery. Correct contact details and telephone numbers are essential for us to contact you should we have any unexpected problems.
Consumables
All orders placed before 1.00pm will be shipped on a next day delivery. In the event that we are out of stock of an item we will send it out as soon as possible.
Please ensure that there is no damage to any packaging before signing for goods.
Export
We offer international shipping, please contact us with your shippers details and we will liase directly with them to ensure safe transportation.
Delivery Charges
All commercial espresso machine* prices include delivery and installation to site anywhere within the UK mainland. All consumable products are charged a flat delivery fee of £11.80.

Returns
Consumables
Opened or used products will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Once this time passes products are non exchangeable or refundable.
Machinery
You must report any damage to equipment within 24 hours of delivery. Once this time passes all equipment is non exchangeable and falls under standard warranty terms.
The cost and responsibility of returning non-faulty or unwanted goods is the responsibility of the customer. A refund will only be issued once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory condition. In some instances there may be a restocking fee, but we will always advise if this is the case. To avoid unnecessary additional costs to you, please ensure the goods ordered are correct.
