Installation
We will deliver and install all commercial espresso machines direct to site free of charge. This is subject to all mains services (water, waste & electric’s) being live and within 1 meter of the machines proposed site. Should we arrive on site on the agreed installation date and the services are not ready or connected then we shall charge a wasted call out fee of £150 + Vat.
Warranty
All equipment is supplied with a manufacturer's 12 month parts and labour warranty.
Should you have a problem with any piece of equipment either in warranty or out of warranty please contact us on 01707-278400 or email service@caffeinelimited.com Please ensure you have the serial number of your machine and the model. On small items such as blenders, coffee grinders and semi professional equipment you will have to return these items to us at your own cost. If you have any queries please contact us directly.
Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form via the HSBC secure on line payment system. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
Jurisdiction
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
Security
Our website uses HSBC’s secure console for all credit card and debit card transactions.
